Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of astrological consultations and the time invested by our astrologers in calculating and analyzing your charts, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once a consultation has been booked or a report has been generated. If an error occurs during the booking or payment process, please contact us within 24 hours at support@vedanakshatra.com so we can resolve the issue.

If you need to reschedule a live consultation, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a fee or cancellation.
